Daily Routine

Morning, day, and evening — building a consistent oils practice.

The Goal

The goal of a daily oils routine is not perfection — it is consistency. A few purposeful applications each day, repeated over time, creates genuine change. Start with what you have. Build the habit first. Refine as you go.

Morning — Ground + Activate6–8 am

Peppermint

1 drop on palms, inhale, apply to temples → alertness and circulation

Lemon

1 drop in water or on palms → digestion, detox, mental clarity

Frankincense (optional)

1 drop under tongue or on crown of head → cellular support, grounding presence

Day — Protect + SupportThroughout the day

On Guard

1 drop in water 1–2x daily → immune support

ZenGest

1 drop before or after meals if needed → digestive comfort

Easy Air

Inhale from palms before or during activity → respiratory openness

Daily Wellness Water (optional)

Glass of water with 1 drop On Guard + 1 drop Peppermint + 2 drops Lemon + 1 drop Frankincense — a simple way to support digestion and immune health throughout the day. Use glass or stainless steel only.

Evening — Rest + RestoreEvening / Bedtime

Lavender

3–4 drops in diffuser 30–60 min before sleep → calm and sleep quality

Deep Blue

Apply diluted to tired muscles or joints → recovery and restoration

Balance (optional)

2–3 drops on soles of feet → grounding and emotional release before sleep

Building Your Habit

The most effective daily routine is the one you will actually do. Start with just two oils — one morning, one evening. Add more as the habit takes hold. Within 30 days of consistent use, most people notice clear differences in how they feel and function. The oils work best when used regularly, not occasionally.

Weekly rhythm

  • Mondays: add something new to your LRP order
  • Every morning: begin with Peppermint or Lemon
  • Every evening: end with Lavender
  • Once a week: do a full body application of your choice
