1 drop on palms, inhale, apply to temples → alertness and circulation
Lemon
1 drop in water or on palms → digestion, detox, mental clarity
Frankincense (optional)
1 drop under tongue or on crown of head → cellular support, grounding presence
On Guard
1 drop in water 1–2x daily → immune support
ZenGest
1 drop before or after meals if needed → digestive comfort
Easy Air
Inhale from palms before or during activity → respiratory openness
Daily Wellness Water (optional)

The most effective daily routine is the one you will actually do. Start with just two oils — one morning, one evening. Add more as the habit takes hold.
