For most builders, this is one genuine conversation per day. Not a pitch. A conversation — asking how someone is, listening for a need, following up with someone who expressed interest. One conversation. Every day. That is a business.
Consistency is broken by three things:
A consistent builder places their LRP order every month without exception. They have one to three conversations per week — not blitzes, not dormant weeks. They follow up with people who showed interest. They attend team calls. They keep learning. They do not stop when a month is slow. That is the whole system. It is less glamorous than the highlight reel and more effective than almost any strategy.
