LRP & Your Team

Why consistent monthly ordering is the heartbeat of the business.

Why LRP Matters for Leaders

The Loyalty Rewards Program is not just a personal benefit — it is the foundation of team volume. Your Unilevel commission is paid as a percentage of your team's monthly LRP volume. When your team orders consistently, your income is consistent. When they do not, it is not. This is why the single most important thing you can do as a leader is ensure your team understands and values the LRP — and places their orders every month.

Helping Your Team Set Up LRP

  1. Make sure every new member understands the points accumulation system
  2. Help them build an initial LRP order around their daily-use oils (125 PV to access free product of the month)
  3. Set their order processing date between the 1st and 15th
  4. Follow up in their first month to confirm the order processed correctly
  5. Celebrate their first free product — it makes the LRP real and tangible

LRP Activation vs Consistency

Getting someone to set up an LRP order is the easy part. Keeping them engaged month after month is the work. The members who cancel their LRP or reduce below 50 PV are the slow leak in your business. They are not dramatically leaving — they are quietly reducing. The best protection against this is education. Members who understand what they have and why it matters do not cancel.

The Compound Effect

Consider a team of 30 people, each ordering 100 PV per month. That is 3,000 PV of team volume — every month, recurring. Now consider what happens when each of those 30 people introduces three people who each also order 100 PV. Volume does not add linearly — it compounds. The LRP is the mechanism that makes this work over time.
