Aromatic use is the most immediate way to experience an essential oil. When aromatic compounds are inhaled, they travel through the olfactory system to the limbic brain — the emotional and memory centre. This is why certain aromas can support mood, promote calm, or sharpen focus almost instantly.
How to use
Add 3–4 drops to a diffuser
Rub 1–2 drops between palms and cup over nose, breathe deeply
Add a drop to a cotton ball near your workspace
Apply near (not in) the nose for immediate aromatic benefit
🤲 Topical — Apply to Skin
Topical application allows essential oil molecules to absorb through the skin. Essential oil compounds are small enough to pass through cell membranes — unlike many larger molecules.
How to use
Always dilute with a carrier oil — Fractionated Coconut Oil is ideal
Apply to the target area and massage gently
Soles of feet are highly effective for whole-body aromatic support
Pulse points — wrists, neck, temples — for personal aromatic benefit
Safety: Dilution reduces skin sensitivity risk and improves absorption. A good starting ratio: 1 drop essential oil to 4 drops carrier oil.
💧 Internal — Consume
When pure, food-grade essential oils are consumed, their aromatic compounds interact with the body from within. Only oils explicitly labelled for internal use should be consumed.
How to use
Add 1 drop to a glass of water (glass or stainless — not plastic)
Place 1 drop under the tongue
Add to food or beverages during cooking
Use in veggie capsules for convenient daily use
Note: Only consume oils labelled for internal use. Always dilute. One drop of Peppermint oil is equivalent to approximately 28 cups of peppermint tea — essential oils are highly concentrated.
